Ashley Ferguson is a user experience designer based in New York State. She is currently working in the public sector as a UX designer for the New York State Office of Information Technology Services. She also recently graduated from SUNY Oswego with a Master’s in human-computer interaction and has a background in social services, education, and psychology.

Ashley’s educational background in psychology and adult education has allowed her to better understand what makes humans tick and her recent HCI studies add a technological spin on the same concepts featured in her past studies. She loves learning about people and finding ways to make people's lives easier. Ashley’s ultimate goal is to use her past experiences and her understanding of people to think of new ideas and to design creative and useful digital solutions.

In her spare time, Ashley can be found doing anything crafty (yarn crafts are her favorite) or capturing the world with her camera.

I am always open to collaborating or even just chatting, so reach out if you want to talk!.
